So Much To Catch Up On.

Wow - just wow Blog Buddies.! There is so much to catch up on. I guess the first thing is how is the weight loss going you ask? To be honest it's going FREAKING FANTASTIC!

So far I have gone from 230 lbs (yeah I know moo) down to 189 lbs. Yes Blog Buddies you read that right a total of 41 lbs so far.
It feels great. The other day at work I had to pick up a 20 lb box of weights and thought hold crap this is heavy. Then I realized that I have lost twice that. No wonder my poor knees are getting old! Carrying around all that excess fat!
I have to admit I really do feel better not carrying that fat around. But I am not done yet. I want to get down to around 184 lbs. With daily weight fluctuations I will be about where I ant to be.
How did I do it? Portion control - cut out some (not all) of the sodas - eat fruit for snacks of a night instead of chips and other garbage. Then drink lots of water. If it's cold I like it. Nothing like a ice cold glass of water!
